It’s that time again! The National Soup Swap is occurring this year on January 23rd, 2009.
As I’m traveling, Carrie Vincent will once again be hosting at her home in Greenlake. We’ve heard from cities in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Tennessee who are hosting them…we’re sure to have more.
Given the economic uncertainty and stress that continues, we’re challenging the groups to do better than Indianapolis did with their hundred pounds of pasta to one of their local foodbanks.
Frozen soup, doing good, and a bit of wine while it all happens…what could be better?
